I was one of the 11 research residents for the Non-Extractive Architecture research project in Venice, Italy, in which for over a year the other residents and me turned the Palazzo delle Zattere into a research platform researching architectural practices, alternatives, materials and networks through the lens of non-extraction.

The developing research was displayed on the walls for it to be contested, and with a publishing platform and material laboratory, we explored alternatives in real time. Each of us developed independent research focused on our particular interests and expertise, mine being around architectural and material archives.
